Stage One of the Melba Vale Village has been completed with the display villa now open for inspection.

Melba Vale Village is conveniently located at 1390 Pascoe Vale Road in Coolaroo and only 5 minutes from the Broadmeadows Shopping Village. A new train station is being built near the site for easy transport into the city and surrounding suburbs.
